Harbor of Hope exists to "Help people find their way back to God."
In a church of hundreds and hundreds of people, it's impossible to know everyone. But that's OK, because we don't need to know everyone. What we need are close friendships; we need encouragement; we need people to celebrate life's victories with and we need support when life gets hard.
In a growing church, what we really need are Journey Groups...
"What are Journey Groups?"
Great question! Journey Groups are small groups of people (typically 8–12 people per group) that meet in people's homes around the Greater Lowell area. We meet in 12-week sessions, with a goal of growing spiritually and developing relationships with other people from church. Sometimes we'll talk about the weekend's sermon, study Scripture, volunteer together, pray for each other, or sometimes we'll just share a meal together.
