Care

At Harbor of Hope, we want everyone to flourish: spiritually, mentally, physically, and relationally.
That's why we have a Care Team: to help make that a reality! 

 
Our Care Team can help with getting rides to church, meeting some financial emergency needs, meals, pastoral care, or prayer. Our Care Team sends encouraging cards to the Harbor community, so people get a word of encouragement when they need it most. We would also like to get a team going to assist with yard work and handyman work.

If you'd like to help with any of these things- we'd love to talk with you! However much time you have, whatever your skills or spiritual gifts, we'd love to have you join us as we care for our community! Care is available to you at Harbor of Hope.

Care Team

Our Care Team helps address the physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges of those in our community. We encourage, support, pray, and walk alongside all who are in need.

Meal Train

The Meal Train strives to support and bless individuals and families dealing with life changing events by providing meal assistance. An average of seven meals are provided which can be requested all in one week or spread out over several weeks. Contact the care pastor to make arrangements.

Pastoral Care

Our pastors are available to meet with you for one or two sessions. After this you may be referred to other resources such as Stephen Ministry, professional counselors, or our Care Team. To make an appointment, please contact the individual pastor with whom you'd like to meet.

Ride Sharing

If you are available to help people who need transportation to church on Sunday, please fill out the contact form below.
