Women's Harbor 5th Annual Retreat will be held at CONNRI Lodge and Conference Center in Ashford, CT (about a 90 minute drive from Harbor). 

The theme of our retreat this year is Better Together.  Like the early church, we want to be a community that is devoted to biblical teaching, to fellowship, to sharing meals, and to prayer (Acts 2:42). By loving and serving one another, we will become a family that brings glory to God and invites others to join us. 

Our guest speaker is Lucinda Secrest McDowell. Lucinda discovered a life mission of using her gifts to communicate God’s faithfulness, extend His grace, and encourage others to trust Him fully. She is the author of 13 books and a contributing author to another 30+ books. Lucinda’s favorites include tea parties, good books, laughing friends, ancient prayers, country music, cozy quilts, musical theatre, and especially her family scattered around the world doing amazing things. A graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, she speaks to women and writers across New England and the US. We’re excited to hear what Lucinda has to teach us about being better together in our relationships with God and others.

We are pleased to announce that once again worship will be led by Ally Moran.  We know this will be an exceptional time of drawing close to God through music and prayer.

Our retreat format will have time for being alone in God’s presence, making a joyful noise in worship, learning by listening and discussing, sharing wonderful meals, and having fun together with girlfriends!

We are looking forward to spending the weekend with you, learning and growing in our faith together, and getting you know you better. May we all come away refreshed physically, emotionally and spiritually, and even better together!

Check in between 6:00-7:00 pm and our first gathering will be at 7:30 pm on Friday (dinner is on your own that evening). We wrap up around 2:00 pm on Sunday. 

Registration must be paid in full and received by the deadline in order to be considered complete. If you are in need of financial assistance, please submit your form together with the amount you are able to pay before February 24th. Registrations received after March 3rd will be placed on a wait list in case someone cancels. Registrations are not refundable but are transferable. If you need to cancel after registering, please let us know by sending an email to .

Registration fee includes two nights’ accommodations and 5 meals on Saturday and Sunday (plus snacks). All rooms are double occupancy with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower. Private rooms will not be available unless capacity allows after the March 3rd deadline. You may request a private room on the form to be added to the wait list.

Registration before February 25th is:

$175 for all retreat costs including double occupancy accommodation

Registrations received from February 25th until March 3rd:

$225 for all retreat costs including double occupancy accommodation
